You set it up in a message
There is no workflow builder. You say what the job is. A skill is a saved method. A routine runs that method on a schedule.
It can use your apps
Connected apps include mail, calendar, files and shops such as Shopify. Sites with no connector are opened in its browser. A login or a captcha stops it until you step in.
Which plans include it
As of 27 October 2026, Grok Bot is included on The X Subscription Premium, Super and Ultra. It is not included on Plus or Free. Some Cursor paid plans include it too. Check https://cursor.com/help/grok-bot/plans before you buy, because this changes.
What it should not do alone
Sends, posts and payments should wait for your yes. All of your bots share one computer, so a login on that computer is visible to all of them. That shared computer is not a wall between bots.
