Solobility is run by OnePersonHQ. Using the site means these terms apply. They are meant to be read, so they are short.
What the test is
Solobility is a structured self-check of habits, built on your own answers. It is not a validated psychometric instrument, it does not diagnose anything, and it does not predict how your business will do. A low score is a habit not yet built, never a verdict on you. Nothing on this site is psychological, medical, legal, financial or business advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Decisions you make after reading it are yours.
The free test stays free
The test, your result page and the emailed report cost nothing and will stay that way. You do not need an account.
The Pro Report
The Pro Report is a digital product: a personalised report you read on the page, the same report as a PDF, and the Solo Style e-book. It is delivered immediately, on the page, as soon as payment clears or a code is accepted. There is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for. While the current promotion runs it is available at no cost with the published code.
Refunds
Because the report is built from your answers and delivered at once, it is not the kind of thing that can be returned. Even so, if it does not do what this site said it would, write to hello@solobility.com within 14 days, say what went wrong, and include the Stripe receipt or the email address you paid with so we can find the payment. We will refund it. We would rather give the money back than have someone feel stuck with something they cannot use. Statutory rights where you live are not affected by anything on this page.
What you may do with it
Your report and e-book are for you. Read them, print them, keep them. Please do not republish, resell or redistribute them. The framework, the wording and the artwork stay the property of OnePersonHQ.
Fair use of the site
Do not try to break the site, scrape it in bulk, or get around the rate limits. We may block a source that does.
Liability
The site and the reports are provided as they are. Reasonable care goes into them, but no warranty of any kind is given. OnePersonHQ is not liable for loss arising from their use, including from action taken or not taken on the basis of them. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
